About Me

Poetic (ish)

I am that child that was born right as the nurse left my mother’s room
No long waiting, I gave warning then entered the world
More often straight forward and to the point
Nature or nurture?
Now I’m older, more mature
How did I get to be this person?
Childhood was unmemorable
Middle child syndrome?
Every thought I’ve had
Every breath I’ve taken
Has led to this person and these words
So here I am…
Talking about myself and what moves me
Talking about others as I see them
Some people that I know and love
Others that I’ve seen once or twice
When all else fails…
I will ramble on about nothing in particular and everything in general
It will all be done in a totally disorganized and deliberate manner.

Less Poetic but Equally Accurate

I have been described as a renaissance woman by those dearest to me. Over the last year I have been inadvertently living up to that name.  I have always done a little of everything I love doing.  I am currently  the marketing and account manager at websignia – a digital marketing agency, contributor to This That Beauty- a beauty and fashion blog and maker of Hair and Skin Junc – an all natural line of hair and skin care products. I can honestly say I have not been bored in years, there is always something for me to do, it is simply a matter of choice.  When I’m not busy marketing, testing beauty products and concocting beauty potions, I’m  creating  recipes, writing, making dresses, eating, or any one of a myriad of random things I like doing.

About Beauty Reviews

For the most part,  the beauty reviews seen on my blog are originally published on www.ThisThatBeauty.com.  Editor-in-chief, Felicia Walker Benson  has given permission for me to post content here. What can I say, she rocks! I do get a bit overwhelmed at times so not all reviews will show up here.  If you are in need of an all around beauty education, check out This That Beauty.

Food (Coming Soon)

For years I have been wanting to start a food blog but I honestly didn’t want to look for the time to start and maintain a separate blog just for food. So, I have decided to simply add a navigation item to my existing blog and keep it moving (genius, I know!)  The aim with this new food tab is to write reviews for restaurants I visit, as well as share some of my own concoctions and other random thoughts about food.

Let’s see how this goes…

Cheers!
