At the end of 2010 I started working with a great group of gents. Needless to say, I ate horribly, gave up working out, and just pretty much lived like a 25 year old dude. This was all on me, of course, it was easy to just do what was easy and so I did. I got exactly what was coming to me, I gained about 12 pounds in just over a year (I'm guessing it was 12 because I refuse to weigh myself). I can't really tell the difference if I just look at myself but my clothes, oh, the threads are crying out!
Last week, my very dear friend coaxed me into joining her women only gym. It is relatively inexpensive and I have since committed to going with her at least 3 times per week. I was reluctant to join that particular gym because it is tiny, they have limited weights and there is almost always a line for cardio equipment. I complained at first but now I have found a rhythm and I am again committed to getting back to a place where my clothes fit comfortably.
With the proper workout routine and a change in diet, I think I'll be able to lose 10 pounds in 30 days.
Wish me luck!
